The Frederick Sincere Music & Arts Scholarship is our philanthropic mission in partnership with the Faith in Action Community Development Center.
Our goal is to help inspire, motivate and support upcoming artist and musicians. Scholarships are awarded to help youth explore their creativity and to provide cultural experiences.

The Frederick Sincere Music & Arts Scholarship, in memory of Alfred Michael Lester (Frederick Sincere), honors his passion for music artistry. At the age of three, the native of Paterson, NJ, began playing the drums and a few years later picked up the saxophone. As an entrepreneur, he was widely knows as "DJ Sincere" throughout New Jersey, Georgia and Alabama.
This scholarship will continue his legacy and love for the arts via instrumental and vocal lessons as well as other artistic expressions for youth. It will also provide access for youth to experience various forms of the arts through field trips, cultural outings and workshops. Scholarships are awarded to individual students and organizations.
